Liability Insurance Information

At Localbird we have a Liability Insurance (Liability) that offers coverage in case of an accident during the activity as a direct consequence of an action or omission attributable to our team. For example, if a participant is injured due to a badly placed rope or being driven through a dangerous area without proper warning, the insurance would cover the damages caused up to a limit of 300,000 €, since it would be a situation derived from our responsibility. It is important to note that this insurance covers only those incidents in which Localbird is directly responsible for the damage. In case of accidental accidents or accidents beyond our control -such as falls, spontaneous injuries or unforeseen situations typical of the natural environment- medical or rescue expenses would be paid by the participant. For more complete protection, we offer the possibility of taking out additional accident insurance, which covers medical assistance and rescue operations even when the accident is not attributable to negligence on the part of Localbird, if interested, contact with the organization in advance.
