About the experience
This kayak and snorkeling trip lets you see the ocean around Tenerife. You get to explore it in a way that’s calm and respectful, to the marine life. The trip is really immersive so you feel like you are a part of the ocean. You will explore the side of Tenerife.
The experience starts at the base. This is where you will meet the guides who have the training. They will give you everything you need for the experience. After that you will get ready. Listen to some safety information. This does not take a lot of time. When you are done you will walk to the beach. It is a short walk. The kayaks will be waiting for you at the beach. You do not have to carry anything. The experience is supposed to be fun and relaxing. You will not have to deal with any stress. The local base and the guides will take care of everything, for the kayaks experience.
When you get on the water you will paddle along the coast. The port will get smaller and smaller as you move away from it. You will be in the ocean soon. Your guide will tell you things about the surrounding landscape and the marine ecosystem. They will also talk about the islands. The marine ecosystem is what makes this area really special. You will learn a lot, about the marine ecosystem and the surrounding landscape as you paddle along the coast with your guide.
This part of Tenerife is really great for seeing turtles and dolphins. When you see turtles and dolphins you should watch them quietly. Be responsible. Do not chase turtles and dolphins. Bother them. This is a way to see turtles and dolphins in their home. You get to have an experience, with turtles and dolphins.
The journey goes on to a cave. You will stop here to swim and snorkel in the water. The water is really clear and not very deep. You can see lots of fish in the water. If you are lucky you might even see stingrays lying on the bottom of the sea. The guides are with you the time. They help you get in and, out of the kayaks safely. The guides are there to assist you with everything so you can just enjoy the cave and the water.
If you want adventure you can pay a little extra to use an underwater scooter. This will cost you 5 euros, per person. The underwater scooter is really cool because it lets you swim underwater easily. You can see all the things that live in the water. It is a lot of fun. The underwater scooter makes exploring the world very exciting. You get to see the world in a whole new way when you use the underwater scooter.
When you paddle back people take pictures and videos to capture the fun you had on the water and the special moments. They will send you these memories a few days later so you can remember your time on the sea. You can look at the photos and videos of your adventure, on the sea. Think about the good times you had.
