The Experience

This outdoor yoga experience invites you to practice directly on the golden sands of Las Canteras – one of Europe’s most iconic urban beaches. Guided by Sasha, a certified instructor with a strong and welcoming local community, each class flows with the natural rhythm of the island.

Whether practiced in the gentle morning light or during the soft hues of the evening, this session blends movement, breathwork, and mindful presence with the soothing atmosphere of the ocean. It’s a moment to reconnect with yourself, feel grounded, and embrace Gran Canaria’s calming coastal energy.

All levels are welcome – from complete beginners to experienced yogis. Sasha adapts the practice to the needs and energy of the group, making every session accessible, nurturing, and meaningful.

Practical information

• Location: The classes take place at Las Canteras Beach in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The exact spot will be shared via the whatsapp, after booking your spot through the link in our platform.
• Duration: 60 minutes
• Minimum and maximum group size: between 3 and 20 people
• If a class needs to be rescheduled (e.g., due to other activities), the instructor will inform participants with a reasonable advance notice, so you don’t need to worry about anything.
