Practical Information

• Location: The exact flight spot depends on wind and weather. Most flights take place at one of our 3 main locations, but we’ll confirm the final site in advance and provide detailed directions. Take-off and landing happen in the same location, keeping logistics simple and convenient for all participants.
• Timing: Usually between 11:00 and 12:00, but morning or afternoon flights can be arranged upon request after booking (depending on wind conditions).
• Duration: Around 15 minutes of flight + briefing and preparation time.
• Meeting point: Details will be shared via WhatsApp after booking. You can arrive by bus (followed by a 15–20 minute walk) or by car (off-road section near the end).
• Minimum group size: 4 people (we’ll confirm the experience once the minimum is reached).
• Difficulty level: This experience is suitable for everyone – you’ll be flying together with a certified instructor who handles all the controls, equipment, and safety procedures, so you can relax and simply enjoy the moment.
• Language: The experience is available in English and Spanish.

Some take-off points are located very close to each other. If you ask local people for directions, you may unintentionally be sent to the wrong spot. Always double-check your pilot’s name and the exact take-off location shared in the WhatsApp group.

Please note: On the day of the experience, it may not be possible to call the instructor, as they will be flying with other participants. Make sure to read all instructions carefully to avoid delays or losing your booking.

Each location offers its own unique atmosphere, weather conditions, and panoramic views – making every flight truly special. 🌤️

What to bring

• Sport clothes – shorts and a t-shirt if it’s sunny, or long sleeves and a jacket if it’s cloudy (it can feel cooler up in the air).
• Comfortable shoes – sneakers or other closed footwear.
• A bottle of water
• Sunscreen and sunglasses (recommended).

Important Notes

• We can’t confirm the experience until the minimum group number is reached, in order to maintain the special price.
• Booking must be completed at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute reservations cannot be accepted due to safety and operational requirements.
• Your spot is only confirmed once the payment is completed through the official booking link. Participants who have not finalized payment will not be added to the list.
• Safety first: The experience may be adjusted, rescheduled, or relocated depending on weather and wind conditions. Organizers reserve the right to make changes when necessary to ensure the security of the group.
